Smokers at the front door; bar bathroom not clean.
Overall, it was a nice hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful without being pushy; I liked that. Good beer selections in the bar. Bar was very cozy.

When we opened door to room, we were greeted with a large stain on the carpet. This could be easily removed.

All of the staff I encountered were very guest focused and conscientious.
Carpet repair was being conducted on the floor above ours. Management did compensate us.
My daughter had stayed at this hotel on a recent visit to the Dallas area and recommended it to us. It was an excellent choice.
